Privacy & analytics

This site uses anonymous first-party analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. Events are stored in my own Supabase database — not sold, not used for advertising profiles, and not shared with ad networks.

No names, email addresses, precise IP addresses, full referrer URLs, or browser fingerprints are stored. Country is inferred from Vercel's trusted geolocation header (country code only) when available.

Anonymous first-party analytics are optional. If you accept, a random visitor identifier is stored in localStorage (va_vid) and a session identifier in sessionStorage to count visits without cross-device tracking. Your choice is stored as va_analytics_consent only.

Vercel Web Analytics also runs separately for aggregate traffic metrics. It is cookieless and uses a daily rotating server-side hash rather than storing identifiers in your browser.
